Not sure where Henry Percy, Baron Percy of Alnwick (d. 1669), son of Sir Henry Percy, 9th Earl of Northumberland, fits into this page, but that was his title as given by the Dictionary of National Biography. --PBS (talk) 00:12, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This should in fact be the 4th Creation (the 1722 Creation being the 5th) Ref: Leigh Rayments Peerage Page.

There is also a 6th Creation for Eustace Percy as Baron Percy of Newcastle created 12 February 1953, this creation became extinct on his death on 17 June 1956 Ref: Leigh Rayments Peerage Page.
